He is also a board member of the TESO private sector and is currently doubling as both the operations manager for JPMT in charge of administrative support to the field teams and activity implementation.

Mr. Otim Richard is our senior micro-credit and investment associate consultant, Richard like Mr. Ariko is a multi disciplinary and multi-talented professional holding a first degree in Chemistry, a professional Accountant (ACCA) and an MBA Richard has been at the center of the microfinance development in Uganda and has been instrumental in developing microfinance training modules for the institute of Bankers, the cooperative alliance, the Microfinance support center and managed the governments multi-billion culture fund under our peer organization Friends Consult Limited and has been active in the development of SACCOs through out the country.

Richard has worked and managed at high levels in both private and development organizations where he has provided technical support for the implementation of grass root economic development programs.

Alfred Madira

10 years experience in HR management and OD and 6 years as an HR consultant.

Alfred is a graduate of business administration from Ndejje University. Alfred is an experienced professional with hands on experience in Human resource management.

Alfred has hands on HR skills acquired through several training and skills development programs in human resources management, project management and practical experience as a human resources manager in some of the most dynamic and vibrant business organizations in the region.

Besides skills acquired from formal employment, Alfred has handled OD assignments in both profit and non-profit organizations in Uganda and Southern Sudan.

His carrier experience as an HR professional dates back to 2004 and joined JP Management as an associated consultant in 2008. He has since demonstrated expertise in organizational restructuring, policy development and management development especially in areas of succession planning.

Ms. Patricia Ayite

Patricia is a social-economist with very strong quantitative skills and seven-years progressive experience in project monitoring and evaluation, research, microfinance branch operations, grants management, training, and general business consulting. She has good conceptual and analytic skills, and has the ability to integrate knowledge from different disciplines.

She has lead teams involved in conducting nation-wide researches and baseline studies, market studies and an expert in the use of Participatory Rural Appraisal techniques and has excellent knowledge in data analysis using statistical packages including SPSS, EViews and EpiInfo. Patricia holds a Masters degree in Economic policy and Management and A first degree in social-economics.

Joel Owani

Joel has a 6 years working experience in development work.

A social economist holds a Master degree in Development and resource economics and first degree in agricultural economics, Joel has experience in conducting baseline studies, market research and livelihood analysis and has both local and international experience in conducting agricultural productivity and marketing studies.

He is a proficient who has won research awards in development from the NORAD and the Nordic Africa Institute in Sweden. He is a lecturer in the department of economics and Statistics at Gulu University and a Social Economist for the National Agricultural Research organization (NARO). As an economist he has worked with UNDP, USAID programs.

Opeero David

David has had 4 years in development work.

David holds a Masters degree in Agribusiness Management and a first degree in Agri-business, he has been involved in designing and implementing value chain development project for pro-poor market access programs, development project, he has also participated in policy research on commercialization of agriculture for the UPTOP program of the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Industry and designing marketing strategies for citrus farmers in the Teso region.

David has significant experience in PRA methodologies and farmer institutional development and training. He taught at Busoga University in the Department of Marketing and now is a fulltime consultant with JPMT.
