• Designed the Agricultural Marketing Initiatives (AMI) Project; designed and Implemented in partnership with Care International for the commercialization of sesame in Northern Uganda-(2004-2006).
• Supported the Rural Enterprises Agricultural Project (REAP); under Care International in Kenya to develop the vegetable export sector and the Eurogap trade compliance requirements as well as designing a supply chain Management Strategy for VegCare in Kenya a farmer enterprise operating forward contract arrangements to supply VegPro with fresh vegetables for Export

Self Help Africa

• Market Assessment and value chain analysis: for green Enterprises around the L. Bunyonyi basin in Kigezi region for the “Striking a balance” Project of Self Help Africa

SNV UGANDA

• Founding member and lead facilitator for Oilseed Subsector Uganda Platform (OSSUP) and the West Nile oilseeds Sub-sector Platform (WOSSUP) from (2006- 2014). The platform worked to address systemic challenges in the oilseeds sub-sector and transformed the sector into a competitive sector attracting significant investments in export and vegetable oil milling
• Facilitated policy dialogue and design of the oilseed component of the VODP II program. And worked with a team in SNV to write the project document for the oilseeds component of the VODP II program.

Dan ChurchAid

• Developed training materials and conducted trainings for farmers engaged in the OFSP project in Arua district in Agribusiness entrepreneurship, Collective marketing, Value addition in bakery using OFSP, VSLA Plus and a TOT for community facilitators

USAID/IFPRI/MAAIF

• Assessment of the potency of the Village Agent Model (VAM)-(2019); A national review of the VAM implemented by the CPM program of USAID Feed the Future Program, the study sponsored by the International Food Policy research Institute(IFPRI) and the US Mission in Uganda, on behalf of MAAIF.

• Training of women under the SWEP II program in agribusiness entreprnuership in Soroti, Bukedea, Lira, Arua and Karamoja (Abim and Nakapiririt

• Actor Mapping and profiling studies; over 10 years experiences in sub-sector studies, actor mapping and actor profiling in education, agribusiness and health HIV AIDS sector analysis with and for International NGOs like Care International, SNV Uganda, UNFPA, Kilimo Trust, Africare Uganda, War on Want Ireland, Swiss Contact, Uganda Cooperative Alliance and many others.

Palladium Group Uganda-NUTEC PROGRAM

• Testing The Theory of Change - (2019); Contracted by Oxford Policy Management-UK (OPM) to conduct an assessment to test the NUTEC-DFID program Theory of Change for the Rice value chain in Northern and North Eastern Uganda implemented by the Palladium Group-UK.
• Conducted a youth Inclusion study-(2017); in partnership with the Royal Dutch Institution Netherlands. (KIT) conducted a youth inclusion study in selected Markets in the Northern and West Nile regions of Uganda for NUTEC-MD program implemented by the Palladium Group-UK.
• Participated and contributed to the design of the Northern Uganda Transformation for Economic development through Climate SMART agriculture- (NUTEC). This was done as a senior consultant with the Royal Dutch Institute focusing on youth inclusion in commodity markets.

VECO East Africa

• Rice Value Chain Studies-(2016); conducted a Rice value chain profitability and investment analysis for VECO east Africa in Eastern, Northern Central and Southern Uganda.

Africare Uganda

• Market development Studies-(2010); conducted a market study on marketable commodities in Teso Subregion for Africare Uganda.
